Cupid’s Arrow Valentine’s Day Smoothie Recipe
1 ½ milk (substitute almond milk or soy milk if needed)
1 ripe banana
½ cup frozen pomegranate seeds
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen or fresh cherries
Add ice as needed for thickness (I use about ¼ cup if I’m using fresh fruits and none if I’m using frozen banana)
Mixing Instructions: Toss all ingredients into your blender and blend to desired consistency
