  • Large handful of greens, be creative and feel free to use more than just one of these.  Kale, spinach, swiss chard, arugula
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/2 to whole cucumber
  • 1 small apple
  • 8-12 oz of your choice of liquid-water, coconut water, almond or soy milk
  • 1 cup of ice

  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1-2 large pieces of broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado
  • squeeze of lemon
  • ginger
  • turmeric
