- 1 peeled banana
- 1/2 to whole peeled kiwi
- 1 handful of washed spinach
- 2-3 chunks of pineapple
- agave nectar (if needed)
- 1 cup of ice
- 8-12 oz of water or whole juice of your choice (you can always substitute with almond or soy milk)
Add all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
